Angelina Jolie and her daughter, Zahara Jolie-Pitt looked stunning during an October 4 outing in New York City (see the photos here). During the rainy stroll, Maleficent wore a black coat, black loose trousers, and open-toe sandals.
Even though the skies were cloudy, Angelina Jolie chose to wear a pair of jet-black aviator sunglasses while out with her teen. The mother-of-six didn’t forget her jewelry, and she looked stunning in a pair of gold earrings. Her brunette hair was worn straight down and flowed in the breeze.

Zahara, who started college in Georgia only two months ago, dressed more casually. The 17-year-old was dressed casually in light blue jeans, a grey t-shirt, and a plaid jacket.
She was also more prepared for the weather than her mother, wearing white sneakers. While traveling with Angelina, the college freshman carried a cozy grey blanket and a black leather backpack.
The mother-daughter outing comes just one day after the Oscar winner filed court documents alleging that her ex-husband, Brad Pitt, 58, was abusive to her and their children.
According to documents obtained by HollywoodLife, Angelina decided to end their marriage after the Bullet Train actor allegedly became “physically and emotionally abusive” to her and the children.
He also “choked one of the children and struck another in the face,” she claimed. Brad first sued his ex over their French winery, Chateau Miraval, on Sept. 21, and the documents filed on Oct. 4 are part of the ongoing legal battle.
Angelina also claimed that negotiations for Chateau Miraval “had broken down” after Brad allegedly forced her to sign a non-disclosure agreement barring her from discussing the alleged violent actions on the plane in 2016.
According to Yahoo Entertainment, despite the actress accusing Brad of “dumping alcohol on her and the kids,” he was eventually cleared of any child abuse allegations.
Brad hasn’t commented publicly on the alleged altercation between him and Angelina, and he’s been sober since their split. According to a GQ interview, he even spent over a year in Alcoholics Anonymous.

“I had a really cool men’s group here that was really private and selective, so it was safe. Because I’d seen things of other people who had been recorded while they were spilling their guts, and that’s just atrocious to me,” Brad said in June.
The Mr. and Mrs. Smith costars were married from 2014 until their official divorce in 2019. They share six kids together: Maddox, 21, Zahara, 17, Pax, 18, Shiloh, 16, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 14.
