With parents like Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, we can relate to why North is already a fashion icon when she’s yet to hit 10 years, she’s 8!
On Saturday, the eldest of Kanye’s children was spotted leaving her basketball game with mom Kim wearing a Versace Barocco print basketball, which retails for $250 USD (a regular ball costs between $30 and $60).
North West was dressed to the nines in a black jersey, striped shorts, and black sneakers.
As she walked alongside her famous mother, North confidently bounced the designer basketball, which featured one of the brand’s most iconic prints. She and Kim were joined by an unidentified 8-year-old friend presumably a teammate.
Kim Kardashian wore an all-black ensemble similar to that of North. The SKIMS founder wore her go-to Balenciaga pant leggings, complete with their signature pointy knife boot and an oversized sporty jacket with white piping.
She wore a black water bottle to tie her outfit together and stay hydrated in the hot Los Angeles weather, while her face was hidden behind a frameless pair of ski-goggle-inspired sunglasses.
The “SKIMS” founder wore her bleach blonde hair from the Met Gala, which she had dyed to look like the late Marilyn Monroe.
Kim made headlines for her controversial appearance in which she wore Marilyn Monroe’s original “Happy Birthday, Mr. President” from 1962. She only wore the original dress for a few minutes on the red carpet before changing into a replica borrowed from the Orlando Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! museum.
The reality TV star documented the process of dying her hair, revealing that it took hours to complete.
“I’m spending the entire day just dying my hair, 14 hours straight,” she joked in a behind-the-scenes video, later telling friend LaLa Anthony on the red carpet that she would keep the look for a while.
